Garret Anderson hit a homerun and had 4 RBI and Tom Glavine was able to finish what he started and was credited with a complete game as the sizzling Columbus Crowd defeated the pathetic Dominican Republicans in 10 innings by the score of 7 to 4 at the ballpark. Both teams were tied at 4 runs apiece after nine innings. Columbus ended up winning it in the 10th inning. After an out was recorded, Brad Wilkerson was the sparkplug when he hit a single. Khalil Greene stepped into the batter's box and he was hit by a pitch. Jorge Julio then threw one that got by the catcher for a passed ball. One out later, Anderson came to the plate and belted a three-run homer (his 10th of the season) resulting in an exciting win for Columbus and a raucous post-game celebration by the home town fans. Columbus banged out 13 on the afternoon. Glavine(14-10) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 4 runs. Julio(3-6) was the losing pitcher in relief.
